Thank you for shopping at MyseryWild. Please read this policy carefully. This is the Refund Policy of MysteryWild, LLC.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have received your digital product, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Custom Product Purchases

All custom digital product sales are final. Once you have received instructions from MysteryWild to begin a custom script, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations. All custom packages include one (1) round of edits by the customer. MysteryWild agrees to create and edit scripts within seven (7) business days of the customers submissions (of initial customization and of any edits thereafter). By making a custom purchase, you agree to these terms.

Exceptions

In the unlikely event that a technical issue prevents you from accessing the digital product, please contact our customer support team at hello@mysterywild.com within 7 days of your purchase. We will work diligently to resolve any issues and ensure you have access to the product you purchased.
